DIRECTIONS FOR USE
Apply 1 – 2 pumps to your palm and gently rub between hands. Cup the hands across the nose and mouth. With your eyes closed take 10 deep, slow breaths in and out. Try to focus just on your breath and clear your mind of thought. The Kind act of being present in the moment is proven to help you connect to self and reduce stress. Massage the oil into your face and neck, making sure to stay present, keep eyes closed and focus on the kindness you are showing yourself. Feel your skin under your hands and apply light pressure as you massage the forehead, jawbone and sinus area, around the mouth, down the neck and onto the décolletage. Massage until the oil is absorbed.

Use in conjunction with a sensible clean diet, plenty of water, exercise, and daily mindfulness.

SUITABLE FOR
All skin types. Most preferred for daytime use, but suitable anytime. Skins prone to oily, normal and break out, benefit from it’s balancing properties.
